We want you to love your Veloura piece. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return
Contact our concierge team at concierge@veloura.com to initiate a return. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and guide you through the process.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all certificates and tags attached. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
